Using Our Community Center and Other Church Facilities

Frankton First UMC Buildings Rental Information:
The First United Methodist Church is committed to building God’s community and we welcome any activity which furthers that goal through the use of our facilities.
Activities sponsored by the First United Methodist Church have priority. The Factory, our Community Center, is available for rental for receptions, parties, meetings. The Building Use Agreement details rules and procedures for using our facilities for your event.
Applications for use of our church’s facilities must be submitted to the church office at least 10 days prior to the date of the proposed event. A $150 deposit is required with a completed application in order to reserve a date, $25 of which is refundable. The rental fee for The Factory is $125 (includes up to 4 hours) and $25 / hr. for each additional hour after that.
The Building Use Agreement is available online with the cocover_letter2020.docxver letter, or you may request the Building Use Agreement and cover letter outlining rental fees and policies by contacting the church at 765-754-7996.
The form must be emailed back to the church office at franktonfirstumc@gmail.com. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, please call the church office. Agreements are not considered to be complete until after the agreement and deposit are received by the church office and reviewed by the Trustees.
