Our mission at the First United Methodist Church of Frankton isto make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. Join us as we Build God's Community in church, our town, Madison County, and beyond as we take our message of God's love and salvation through Christ to our friends, neighbors, strangers and beyond!
The parking lot for church activities is located south of the church off of 8th Street. The Factory's (our community center) parking also is accessible off of 8th Street (just south of the building). Handicapped spaces are available at each location.
Our traditional worship service begins at 9 a.m. in the church sanctuary. Our contemporary service is held in our community center known as "The Factory" located across from the church. This service begins at 11 a.m. Adult Sunday school classes are held at 10 a.m. in both buildings.
Office hours are 9 a.m. to 12 noon on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We are closed on Wednesdays. Hours can vary weekly, so please call 765-754-7996 to check.
The main entrance to the church is on the east side of the building off of 8th Street. There also is an entrance off of the west side of the building (from the parking lot).
The main entrance to The Factory is on the south side of the building. Enter the parking lot from 8th Street and enter the double doors (facing south).
Child Care / Sunday School
During the 11 a.m. contemporary service, the nursery is open during 11 a.m. for infants and toddlers. Kids Korner is available for children ages 1st through 3rd grade. Both are located at The Factory (across the street from the church). We offer a class for children ages 4th and 5th grades on the second and fourth Sundays of the month during the 11 a.m. service at The Factory.
Bible Study: Bible study is held on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. at the church.
Praise Teams: The 1st Service Praise Team practices at 6 p.m. on Wednesdays in the church sanctuary. The NOW Praise Team practices at 6:30 p.m. Thursdays at The Factory.
Men's Small Group: Meets the 2nd Saturday of the month (September through May) at 7:30 a.m. at Rod Compton's home
